At The University of Comilla (UNIC), we believe that no talented student should be denied education due to financial barriers. Thatâs why we offer a robust Scholarship & Tuition Waiver Program grounded in merit, equity, and opportunity â in line with the Private University Act 2010.
In 2022 alone, UNIC awarded scholarships and waivers totaling BDT 16 Crore, marking a historic step forward in promoting academic excellence and access.

UNIC rewards academic consistency! Students can earn additional waivers based on their latest trimester CGPA:

đ¤ C. Employee & Family Waiver
UNIC and US-Bangla Group employees, their spouse, siblings, or children are eligible for a 25% tuition fee waiver if:
The employee has completed 1 year of service, and
The student maintains the required SGPA
đ Post-graduation, the student must serve UNIC/US-Bangla Group for at least 2 years or reimburse 50% of the waiver.
đ§đŠ D. 100% Waiver for Freedom Fightersâ Children
3% of enrolled students will receive a Full Tuition & Registration Fee Waiver

Scholarships apply only to tuition fees â not admission, registration, library, lab, thesis, or other administrative fees.
Undergraduate and graduate students must take a minimum of 17 credits per semester to remain eligible (or 15, if the department limits courses).
Scholarships are awarded for the first two semesters based on prior academic records. From the 3rd semester, performance-based continuation applies:

Students dropping semesters must seek prior approval to retain eligibility.
Maximum cumulative waiver/scholarship limit is 30% (except for Freedom Fightersâ children & special hardship cases).
Any form of misconduct or submission of fake documents disqualifies students permanently from all financial aid.
